Nordi Mukiele appears to be no longer in Luis Enrique’s plans for PSG. The coach has made it clear that it’s a deliberate choice.

PSG is looking to sell Nordi Mukiele this winter, with Bayern Munich reportedly showing interest, and a deal could be on the horizon.

Despite the opportunity for Mukiele to get more playing time following Hakimi’s departure for the Africa Cup of Nations with Morocco, Luis Enrique seems to favor Carlos Soler or even Warren Zaïre Emery, neither of whom specializes in the position.

In a press conference before the Lens-PSG match on Saturday, Luis Enrique addressed the unofficial sidelining of Mukiele, stating, “I am the coach, and I decide who plays or not. There is no team in the world where all players play; it’s impossible. You always want those who don’t play to be on the field, but I am the one who chooses.”
