West Ham and Frankfurt in a Heated Battle for Ekitike

The departure of Hugo Ekitike from PSG is becoming more likely as the player is targeted by two prominent clubs.

PSG is not counting on Hugo Ekitike. Two destinations are in the running: West Ham and Frankfurt. “The sports management has ultimately decided not to give the boy a second chance, and several clubs have shown interest. Everton, which has not made an offer to PSG, is still in discussions with the player’s entourage, as is AC Milan,” according to Le Parisien.

“More concretely, two other clubs have positioned themselves in the past few days. As revealed by L’Équipe, West Ham has expressed its interest in Hugo Ekitike. According to our information, all parties are set to meet in the coming hours to negotiate, and the Hammers seem inclined to make an offer for a loan with a mandatory purchase option.”

“Additionally, amid negotiations for the transfer of Randal Kolo Muani between Paris and Frankfurt, the German club has also inquired about the feasibility of acquiring the young forward (21 years old). Hugo Ekitike has informed his officials that he does not wish to be included in this deal, even though the idea of including him as part of the exchange to acquire the French international has been discussed. As evidence of their acceleration in this matter, Eintracht [Frankfurt] contacted the player’s agents this Monday morning to schedule a meeting.”
