Marco Verratti, the 30-year-old Italian midfielder for Paris Saint-Germain, is on the verge of leaving the club, according to Fabrizio Romano.
According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, everything is now settled with the Qatari club for a fee of €45 million. The Italian is expected to travel to Doha within the next 24 hours to finalize his transfer.
“Marco Verratti to Al Arabi is on! Finally, a verbal agreement has been reached with the Italian midfielder who is set to sign a permanent contract with the Qatari club Al Arabi. It’s understood Verratti will fly to Doha in the next 24 hours. PSG agreed on €45m fees 10 days ago, it’s done,” Fabrizio Romano stated on Twitter.
