PSG is considering recruiting Youssouf Fofana during the summer transfer window. However, several European clubs are also in the running.
According to L’Equipe, Youssouf Fofana, a 25-year-old midfielder from AS Monaco, is in talks with PSG for a potential move in the upcoming transfer window. Discussions are ongoing with the player’s entourage, but no official negotiations have taken place yet.
“Youssouf Fofana will leave AS Monaco this summer. All parties have agreed that now is the opportune moment to part ways,” assures L’Equipe.
But it won’t be easy for PSG; the competition for his signature could be fierce. “AC Milan, Arsenal, Atletico Madrid, and Paris Saint-Germain have all had discussions with the player’s entourage without entering into concrete negotiations. This is a transfer that is unlikely to be finalized before the end of the Euros.”
