Another departure in the Women’s team? Jocelyn Prêcheur, the coach of Paris Saint-Germain’s women’s teams, could be on his way out. According to information from Le Parisien, Prêcheur could be turning the page on his Parisian experience, with the London City Lionesses showing strong interest in his services. It is worth noting that this club is owned by the OL group.
“Discussions between the capital club and its coach have still not led to an agreement. The 42-year-old coach is also being eyed by the London City Lionesses (English D2), within Michele Kang’s (OL) galaxy. Discussions between the Parisian coach and PSG are dragging on and still have not resulted in an agreement, two weeks after the end of the season. Satisfied with the work done throughout the season, the 42-year-old tactician, who took over from his father on the bench in September 2023, would like to continue his project,” Le Parisien assures.
“Angelo Castellazzi, the sporting director, has shown signs in this direction but an agreement is still far from being reached. According to some sources, the trend towards an extension is even rather negative. Jocelyn Prêcheur has even informed part of the club of his desire to leave. PSG is also managing the future of key players such as Tabitha Chawinga, Élisa de Almeida, Sandy Baltimore, or Constance Picaud.
