The pursuit of Désiré Doué by PSG seems to be shrouded in uncertainty, with conflicting reports emerging about the player’s potential move to Paris.

Initially seen as a priority target for PSG this summer, Désiré Doué from Rennes is now a subject of debate. According to Sky Sports Germany, Bayern Munich is keenly interested in signing Doué and could be a formidable competitor for his signature.

Contrarily, Sports Zone on X reports that PSG harbors doubts about Doué and does not necessarily prioritize his acquisition. “It’s not that PSG doesn’t want Doué; there are just questions surrounding the player, not necessarily his abilities. The club remains interested and values the player’s agent.”

Adding to the complexity, Santi Aouna, a journalist from Foot Mercato, asserts that PSG will indeed pursue the Breton player.

The conflicting information raises questions about PSG’s true intentions regarding Désiré Doué and whether he will eventually join the Parisian club amid competition from Bayern Munich and internal evaluations by PSG’s management.
