With Khvicha Kvaratskhelia out of reach due to Napoli’s stance, Paris Saint-Germain is reportedly reviving its pursuit of Tottenham Hotspur forward Son Heung-min.

Paris Saint-Germain’s initial summer transfer plans have taken a blow as Napoli has reportedly rebuffed their advances for Georgian winger Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.

The Serie A side has slapped a hefty price tag on the player and is not willing to let him go easily, leaving PSG in a predicament as they seek a replacement for Kylian Mbappé.

Son Heung-min emerges as an alternative

As a result of the Kvaratskhelia setback, PSG has turned its attention to Son Heung-min, the South Korean forward currently plying his trade at Tottenham Hotspur.

According to reports from PSG Inside Actus, the player is said to be open to a new challenge, and PSG had previously made significant progress in their pursuit of him two years ago before Lionel Messi’s arrival.
