Crysencio Summerville, a 22-year-old attacking midfielder and winger currently under contract with Leeds United until 2026, is on PSG’s radar… but Paris has grown apprehensive upon learning of the desired transfer fee.

Crysencio Summerville, who recorded 21 goals and 10 assists in 49 matches this season, has emerged as a surprising target for PSG this summer. The Dutch international (8 caps) has caught the attention of several top European clubs.

According to journalist Pedro Morais, PSG is competing with Liverpool to secure Summerville’s services. However, the price set by Leeds United is currently a significant hurdle in the negotiations. The Parisian club must decide whether it is willing to meet the financial demands to finalize the transfer or if it will seek to negotiate a more affordable fee.

“The only issue is the price demanded by Leeds. The two most advanced clubs are PSG and Liverpool. But neither is willing to meet such a sum at the moment. The deal is not closed yet. And the player is not on the verge of committing as I have read,” Pedro Morais stated on X, a reliable source on transfer news.

This hesitation reflects PSG’s cautious approach as they weigh their options in the competitive race to secure Summerville’s signature this transfer window.
