There is uncertainty surrounding the signing of Gabriel Moscardo by PSG: a foot issue discovered during the medical examination could disrupt the deal.

Gabriel Moscardo at PSG may not materialize. The Parisian club has reportedly informed Corinthians that they will only confirm the transaction after a further medical examination. The initially expected announcement last Thursday might be delayed, and negotiations could potentially either fail or be confirmed in July. Corinthians seem inclined to avoid any conflict in this situation, according to Goal Brazil.

“An agreement exists between Corinthians and PSG for Gabriel Moscardo. The signing of the 18-year-old Brazilian midfielder is expected to happen… this summer. PSG will closely monitor his operation and recovery,” stated Julian Froment of France Bleu a few days ago.

However, a different version is announced by Corinthians’ president, Augusto Melo: “I can confirm that we have sold Gabriel Moscardo to Paris Saint-Germain, the deal is done. Moscardo will undergo surgery and then join PSG in July,” he added. Gabriel Moscardo is set to sign the contract this Thursday, according to Fabrizio Romano.

But PSG seems to be exercising caution; if the operation is not successful, there will be no Moscardo at PSG.
