Ousmane Dembélé : PSG denies deal

Foot Mercato drops the big bombshell of this transfer window: Ousmane Dembélé to replace Kylian Mbappé at PSG, but the club denied few minutes later.

Here We Go. Kylian Mbappé’s departure is imminent, and his replacement is none other than Ousmane Dembélé. The Spanish press brought up the topic this Friday morning, and Foot Mercato confirms the news.

“An agreement has been reached between the Parisian club and the Frenchman, with a 5-year contract in sight. The medical examination is expected to take place in Los Angeles. Above all, PSG will trigger Dembélé’s release clause, which was negotiated last summer,” states FM.

The release clause stands at €50 million until August 1st. After that, it will double. “Half of the clause will go to the player and his agent. A well-conducted and well-negotiated deal from last year,” FM estimates. However, Mbappé has not yet left, and the situation is expected to “linger” according to Foot Mercato.
