According to Dani Gil, a journalist from COPE, PSG is not ruling out offering Mbappé a new contract or having him activate the optional year he had signed, extending his deal until 2024. PSG remains confident and protected in the Mbappé situation, emphasizing that they have financial agreements in place with the player.
RMC asserts that PSG and Mbappé have reached an agreement stipulating that the striker will not receive a portion of the money owed to him by the club, which amounts to approximately 80 million euros, tied to various bonuses.
