Neymar seems open to a move, and Chelsea has reportedly approached Neymar’s entourage to gauge his decision and position themselves in the event of his departure, according to Le Parisien.
The newspaper specifies that if PSG allows Neymar to leave, it would be a permanent transfer rather than a loan. PSG President Nasser Al-Khelaïfi would prefer Neymar to stay in Paris. However, he also knows that there is a significant risk of losing Mbappé this summer or within a year.
Despite this, Al-Khelaïfi will not be able to oppose Neymar’s desire to leave if he decides to do so.
