Laure Boulleau, Canal + consultant, confirms The Parisien’s information: Kylian Mbappé is on his way out.

Is it really over? According to Laure Boulleau, it is. Kylian Mbappé is set to leave PSG. At least, that’s the sentiment among the club’s staff at the headquarters.

“This saga feels like we’ve already experienced it. For the first time, based on reliable and credible sources, I’m told it’s a done deal. There’s a good chance it’s done. I’ll be happy if he leaves. I understand his position of not being able to say it. He has goals to achieve, and he loves his club. Let’s wait for his decision like adults,” she revealed.

The Parisien provided more insight on the matter this Saturday: “In recent days, pessimism has taken over every floor of the Factory, PSG’s headquarters. For all the bigwigs of the club, the battle is lost, and Kylian Mbappé, 25 since the end of December, has decided in favor of Real Madrid, the other club of his heart alongside Paris,” wrote the regional newspaper. “They no longer harbor any illusions, fueled by the few signals they have received from the Bondynois. The leaders who recently tested the waters with him or his entourage understood that the Ligue 1’s top scorer wanted to give a new direction to his career at the end of his tenth season as a professional, seven of which were with PSG.”

But for now, nothing can be affirmed: Mbappé has not publicly stated his decision and, most importantly, has not informed the club, despite allegedly promising to do so first before announcing his decision.
