Mbappé has chosen Real Madrid – reports

According to Le Parisien, Kylian Mbappé has decided to leave PSG for Real Madrid. The newspaper dropped the bombshell on Saturday night.

Following earlier reports from Foot Mercato in early January, the regional daily asserts that Kylian Mbappé has made the decision to depart from PSG and join Real Madrid.

« For PSG and various major figures in French football, there is no longer any doubt: Kylian Mbappé has decided to leave Ligue 1 at the end of the season and join the greatest club in the world, which has been waiting for him forever, » states Le Parisien.

However, Le Parisien remains cautious. « To claim that it is a done deal would be false. Kylian Mbappé has not yet left PSG to sign with Real Madrid, » the newspaper declares.

Yet, according to France Info, neither PSG nor Nasser Al-Khelaïfi are aware of any decision made by Kylian Mbappé. The player’s entourage asserts that the club will be the first to be informed of the decision.

Ben Jacobs, an English transfer market journalist, also denies the reports. « PSG is not yet aware of any decision by Kylian Mbappe. Part of his agreement with the club is that Mbappe has committed to informing Nasser Al-Khelaifi first. No doubt (or surprise) that Real is pushing hard, or that Mbappe wants to resolve his future now that the window is closed. But the French champions are not informed of anything at the moment. »

PSG have no knowledge of any Kylian Mbappe decision yet. Part of his agreement with the club is Mbappe has pledged to tell Nasser Al-Khelaifi first.
