The news of the day comes from journalist Sacha Tavolieri. On X, Tavolieri claims that Marquinhos could leave PSG this summer. Saudi club Al Ittihad, where Karim Benzema plays, wants to sign the Brazilian defender to strengthen their central defense.
Marquinhos is aware of Al Ittihad’s interest and is not opposed to a move, provided Paris Saint-Germain can reach a satisfactory agreement for his transfer.
In addition to Marquinhos, Al Ittihad is also considering recruiting Mario Hermoso from Atletico Madrid, who is highly regarded by Ittihad’s sporting director, Ramon Planès. Discussions have also taken place regarding Arthur Theate, but no agreement has been reached with Rennes so far.
