According to journalist Abdellah Boulma, Real Madrid is interested in Ugarte, while Manchester United has not yet reached an agreement with PSG.
“Manuel Ugarte remains on Manchester United’s radar; however, the Red Devils’ offer still does not meet PSG’s expectations. Real Madrid is also showing interest in the Uruguayan midfielder,” reports Abdellah Boulma, a transfer market journalist on X.
