Manchester United is likely to let David De Gea leave as he approaches the end of his contract without reaching an agreement on an extension.

It marks the end of an era at Manchester United as David De Gea, now a free agent, is expected to depart the club due to the lack of a contract extension agreement. While Manchester United initially considered Andre Onana as a potential replacement, the goalkeeper from Inter Milan appears to be too expensive, with a reported price tag of €70 million.

According to The Mirror, Manchester United is now considering other, more cost-effective options. One possibility is Kevin Trapp, the former PSG goalkeeper, while Justin Bijlow is being considered as a backup option. As a result, Dean Henderson is also reportedly being pushed towards an exit from the club.
