PSG announced the departures of Sergio Ramos and Lionel Messi at the beginning of June, but both players officially left the club just a few hours ago.

Sergio Ramos departed on June 3rd, while Lionel Messi left three days later. PSG had paid tribute to both players earlier last month. However, it turns out that Ramos and Messi were still under contract with Paris until June 30th.

Therefore, PSG officially released Messi and Ramos from their contracts starting from midnight on Saturday. Messi will now join Inter Miami. He is expected to play his first match for the team on July 21st, wearing his new colors.

As for Sergio Ramos, his next move is still uncertain. The Spanish defender is currently without a club. He attempted a return to his former club, Sevilla, but without success. There has been interest from Saudi Arabia, but Ramos does not appear to be motivated by that option.
