Lamine Yamal has responded to PSG’s €200 million offer… by rejecting it once and for all.
FC Barcelona can rest easy. Lamine Yamal (17 years old, 32 matches, 11 goals across all competitions this season) has firmly turned down a massive €200 million bid from Paris Saint-Germain.
“PSG’s offer? Personally, I don’t receive any offers. But even if they managed to contact someone from my entourage, they wouldn’t tell me. I have a contract, and I don’t think it’s possible for me to join another club. I love Barça,” Yamal stated.
However, the offer was indeed confirmed by Barcelona, with Deco, the club’s sporting director, acknowledging PSG’s approach.
Despite the interest, Yamal is set to extend his contract until June 2030, with an official announcement expected in July on his 18th birthday. With the young star fully committed to Barcelona, PSG will have to look elsewhere for their next marquee signing.
