Ekitike Shines in the Bundesliga, Attracting English Giants – A Financial Boost for PSG
Hugo Ekitike never found success at PSG, but after struggling in Paris, he has revived his career at Eintracht Frankfurt, where he permanently transferred last summer. In Bundesliga, the former Reims striker has turned into a goal machine, scoring 17 goals and providing 6 assists in 32 matches across all competitions.
With such impressive numbers, Chelsea and Arsenal are now considering a summer move. Frankfurt is aware of his rising value and is demanding €80 million for his transfer. This sale could also benefit PSG, which included a 20% sell-on clause in the deal. Since Ekitike was sold for €20 million, a resale at €80 million would bring PSG around €20 million, effectively covering the €40 million investment they initially made to sign him from Reims.
Beyond Ekitike’s potential transfer, PSG could also cash in on Randal Kolo Muani, with Juventus reportedly preparing a loan offer with a €50 million buy option. These potential sales could generate a significant financial boost for PSG’s summer transfer plans.
