The FC Bayern Munich has officially made an offer for Harry Kane. The proposed fixed fee is approximately €70m, with additional payments based on performance, but it has not been enough to convince Tottenham. As a result, the offer has been rejected.
Today, the official proposal was sent, confirming earlier reports. However, Tottenham Hotspur is not willing to accept such a fee for Kane.
