Antoine Griezmann intends to stay at Atletico Madrid: no PSG move as rumored.
French striker Antoine Griezmann has confirmed his desire to extend his stay with the Spanish club Atletico Madrid. However, he’s considering the future, and it won’t be with PSG; instead, he is leaning towards joining Major League Soccer (MLS).
“Atletico will be almost 100% my last club in Europe. That’s where I want to be, where I am happiest, and here, I am at home. I know the club is open to me making an effort, and we will talk about it,” stated the 2018 World Cup champion to AS.
He also reiterated his wish to finish his career in the United States. “Beyond Europe, what I would like later is the MLS. I’ve always admitted that,” he added.
