According to information from Foot Mercato, Paris Saint-Germain is reportedly including a departure clause as part of Kylian Mbappé’s contract extension.
A remarkable turnaround is underway. Kylian Mbappé is negotiating a one-year contract extension, which would keep him with PSG until 2025.
However, this extension comes with a significant condition. According to Foot Mercato, a guaranteed sale clause would be integrated into the contract (“clause sous seing privé”), valid at the end of the 2023-2024 season. This confidential clause would give Kylian Mbappé the assurance to move to the club of his choice next summer, as he desired.
It is highly likely that his destination will be Real Madrid, considering the Spanish club has not recruited a replacement for Karim Benzema during this summer transfer period.
