Désiré Doué could be on his way to PSG during the summer transfer window: he is set to leave Rennes, according to Ouest France.

It’s the PSG Ile-de-France version 2.0. According to Ouest France, Désiré Doué and Arnaud Kalimuendo will leave Rennes next summer. While the latter is unlikely to return to PSG, his former club, the young midfielder could very well make his way to Paris.

Rennes would like to keep hold of Désiré Doué, but the club is besieged by requests from numerous bigger, financially more affluent clubs. Thus, if they were to receive an offer of €40 million, Rennes’ executives might be inclined to let go of Guela Doué’s brother.

L’Équipe had previously reported this winter that clubs like Newcastle and Borussia Dortmund had shown interest in the Angers-born player. Therefore, Paris Saint-Germain is well aware of the situation regarding this matter.
