The rumor of a last-minute midfield recruitment has been circulating for hours: Will Dani Olmo come to PSG? Here’s the scoop.

With Neymar’s departure, Verratti’s sidelining, and Lee Kang-In’s injury, PSG finds itself lacking creative midfielders. Will a panic buy happen before the end of the transfer window?

According to recent revelations from Sports Zone, Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) has shown interest in Dani Olmo, who is under contract until June 2027. Antero Henrique is said to be actively involved in the recruitment process, and Manchester City is also closely monitoring the situation. However, RB Leipzig has no intention of letting go of their 25-year-old attacking midfielder.

Oliver Mintzlaff, one of RB Leipzig’s executives, has categorically expressed the club’s position regarding Dani Olmo: “He is an integral part of RB Leipzig’s team for this season. Regardless of any existing interests, he remains with the club.” These statements were made in an interview with BILD journalist Christian Falk.

Similarly, the well-informed Twitter account @psginside_actus has also denied the Dani Olmo rumor. Therefore, PSG will have to work with the resources at hand.
