PSG still plans to part ways with Hugo Ekitike this winter, but interested clubs seem to be getting cold feet upon learning the player’s salary.
According to Sky Sports journalist Florian Pettenberg on X, Hugo Ekitike’s salary, estimated between 6 and 7 million euros gross per year, may not be feasible for Wolfsburg or Frankfurt.
The only possibility for Eintracht to sign the French player, given that Wolfsburg is out of the race, would be for Ekitike to be willing to accept a significant salary reduction.
