Bernardo Silva to Extend with Man City, PSG was Never a Option

Bernardo Silva has verbally expressed his intention to extend his contract with Manchester City, while a transfer to Barcelona seems impossible. PSG has reportedly never been in his plans.

Bernardo Silva is set to stay at Manchester City and sign a contract extension. According to Mundo Deportivo, he will not be joining FC Barcelona. Pep Guardiola has apparently managed to convince him to remain.

Sources from the Spanish media suggest that City is preparing to finalize the contractual agreements by the end of next week. If all goes as planned, the new contract should extend until June 2026, further cementing Bernardo Silva’s connection with Manchester City.

Mundo Deportivo also assures that Bernardo Silva had never seriously considered signing with PSG.
