The fact that Bayern Munich is now in direct contact with Tottenham is seen as evidence of advancing negotiations. The discussions are being led by Bayern’s president, Karl Heinz Rummenigge.
According to the Daily Mail, Bayern could make their move with an initial offer of €93 million.
