What if PSG becomes a target? In Poissy, the players will soon discover their new training center. In its edition today, L’Équipe provides some details about the facility after three years of construction.
Although the sections reserved for the judo and handball teams are still under construction, the area designated for the professionals is ready and located on a hill. The metaphor is intentional by the club “to show young players that it is possible to climb the ranks, both literally and symbolically, until reaching the first team,” explains L’Équipe.
Professional players will have a comfortable space that includes 43 rooms dedicated to team bonding and recovery, a team restaurant, a medical center, a school for children, and even a secure and fortified room in case of intrusion : a panic room. The total cost of the project is between 250 and 300 million euros.
