The Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) will soon have clarity regarding their new stadium, as the French government has revealed the timeline for the acquisition of the Stade de France.

In its pursuit of expansion, PSG is contemplating leaving their iconic Parc des Princes and relocating to a stadium with increased capacity, aiming for a minimum of 60,000 seats—something the Stade de France can provide.

While the possibility of constructing a new stadium was previously discussed, the current preference appears to be the acquisition of the Stade de France.

The final decision regarding the future owner of this stadium is expected to be made by early 2025, as reported by L’Equipe. Consequently, PSG may soon bid farewell to the Porte de Saint Cloud venue.
