PSG Won’t Take Any Risks with Warren Zaïre Emery

No rush for PSG: the club will take its time to bring back Warren Zaïre Emery.

Warren Zaïre-Emery, the 17-year-old midfielder, made his debut with the French national team. Despite scoring in this first match, he also suffered an ankle injury and will be unavailable at least until 2024, according to information from Paris Saint-Germain.

PSG is not in a hurry to bring back their young talent to the field. Le Parisien reports this Tuesday that the Parisian club will take a cautious approach to Zaïre-Emery’s rehabilitation. PSG will closely monitor Zaïre-Emery’s health and avoid unnecessary risks.

In the meantime, Paris has several options. Luis Enrique is considering moving Marquinhos into midfield. Otherwise, Fabian Ruiz will be fielded in the midfield. However, PSG might also consider recruiting a midfielder this winter to lighten WZE’s playing time, especially with the upcoming Euro and possibly the Olympics to contend with.
