The first half was dreadful, while the second half was marked by two moments of brilliance and a tactical change by Luis Enrique. That’s how PSG-Real Sociedad can be summarized, a match that could have gone much worse. But Kylian Mbappé did what he does best, and Bradley Barcola stepped up.
Defensively, it was a tough outing collectively, although L’Equipe and Le Parisien believe that Marquinhos lived up to his role as captain. Upfront, the three attackers were quite lively. However, the midfield didn’t have much influence.
