Luis Enrique responded in his own way to questions about the implemented turnover and the players’ involvement at PSG.

Luis Enrique is delivering punchlines. The PSG coach addressed the involvement of certain players after the match against Nice. Could there be a drop in motivation among those who play less? “PSG isn’t an NGO, but a football club. If the coach trusts you, perfect! Otherwise, train, whether you like it or not,” he retorted.

“The idea is that we want to convey to everyone in France and Europe is that a team that wants to have a very clear style of play, pleasing to the supporters. We defend a club, the capital. And of course, we want to win titles.”

And for Luis Enrique, there’s no question of leaving. “Yes, I’m happy. Since I’ve been here, since they called me eight months ago in Barcelona, I’ve only received affection from the club. We work very well with the president (Nasser Al-Khelaïfi) and the sporting advisor (Luis Campos), for a medium-to-long-term project. Everything is going very well. The idea we want to convey in France and Europe is a team that wants to have a very clear style of play, pleasing to the supporters. We defend a club, a city,” assured Enrique speaking to beIN Sports.
