The financial dispute between Paris Saint-Germain and Kylian Mbappé could lead to serious consequences for the club, including a potential transfer ban.
PSG has officially refused to pay the €55 million that Kylian Mbappé, now at Real Madrid, claims in unpaid fees. Despite the mediation attempt by the Ligue de Football Professionnel (LFP), the Parisian club has held its ground, declining to settle the amount.
According to L’Équipe, this situation could soon result in a new legal action by the French international before the LFP’s legal commission.
The LFP is strongly considering sanctions
Although this body cannot force PSG to pay, it may impose a harsh penalty: a transfer ban until the dispute is resolved. Such a move would put significant pressure on PSG, especially if Mbappé decides to take the case to labor courts, which could further complicate matters for the club.
