Once again, Paris Saint-Germain has suffered a defeat in the Champions League, despite dominating the match against Atlético Madrid (1-2).
Luis Enrique, PSG’s coach, attributed the loss to bad luck, explaining that his team was significantly superior in all three of their home games but failed to convert that dominance into victories. Describing the result as “unfair,” Enrique is left searching for answers, despite his over 30 years of experience in football.
“There are no words. I believe that in our three home games, we have been infinitely superior to our opponents, but we haven’t had luck on our side. We will keep going, as long as we have matches left, we will fight until the end,” he said.
“It’s hard to explain this result. I have more than 30 years in football, and I can’t explain this. It’s just bad luck. We were infinitely superior. The result is totally unfair,” the Spaniard analyzed to Canal+.
