Olympique de Marseille has been eliminated in the Champions League playoffs by Panathinaikos: bad news for France’s UEFA coefficient, but good news for PSG.

No OM in the Champions League this season. Paris Saint-Germain and Lens are “pleased” with the situation. The two directly qualified clubs will indeed share the commercial revenues from Champions League TV rights.

In the case of qualification for the group stages, OM would have received €12 million, while PSG would have secured €27 million and Lens €21 million.

Following this elimination, the €12 million earmarked for OM will be redistributed between PSG and Lens. As a result, the capital club will now receive €33 million, and Lens will receive €27 million.
