Lacking inspiration, Paris Saint-Germain’s forward Kylian Mbappé completely missed out on the first leg quarter-final of the Champions League lost by his team against FC Barcelona (2-3) this Wednesday. But PSG captain Marquinhos refuses to condemn him.
“I’m not here to judge my teammates. We can talk about it in the dressing room. If he was less precise tonight, it might be because the ball didn’t arrive at the right moment, at the right timing. I don’t like personally analyzing a performance.”
“I think the team can do much better. If the team performs better, the individuals will come through,” assured the Brazilian in the mixed zone.
