Luis Enrique, the coach of Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), has expressed his admiration for forwards Kylian Mbappé and Ousmane Dembélé after PSG’s victory against Borussia Dortmund in the UEFA Champions League.
“Kylian is undoubtedly the best player in the world. What surprised me the most, beyond his sporting qualities, is his human quality,” Enrique stated.
“Kylian is a leader, with a positive mentality, always with a smile on his face; this is always very important for the team. If I were a fan of any team, I would pay to watch Dembélé. He’s a different player with magic; he might want to score his first goal, but I repeat, he is a wonderful player with an immense ability to create danger.”
Luis Enrique seems highly satisfied with the performances of Mbappé and Dembélé and regards them as key assets for his team.
The Spanish coach also praised Hakimi, who had an excellent match and scored a goal worthy of a forward. “He’s a top player, bringing unique energy. He has things to improve, and we will help him. It’s a pleasure to have a player with this quality, to see him evolve, and he makes a lot of efforts. He appears in all the important areas. He possesses all the characteristics, has the composure to score, and scored a superb goal,” commented the Spanish manager.
