Christophe Galtier was placed in police custody this Thursday as part of an investigation into alleged discrimination at OGC Nice. This development is not favorable for PSG.

It seems that PSG and Luis Enrique are facing complications. The club was hoping to announce their next coach next week, but Christophe Galtier’s police custody could potentially cause delays, according to RMC Sport.

“PSG was surprised by the announcement of Christophe Galtier’s police custody on Friday morning. This news could have an impact on the arrival of the next coach of the capital club, especially considering that negotiations are still ongoing for the termination of the former Nice coach’s contract,” explains RMC Sport.

PSG is currently finalizing the last details for the arrival of Luis Enrique. “Both matters will now overlap, and the announcement of the appointment of the Spanish technician could be delayed by a few days,” PSG confirms. This is despite Le Parisien announcing earlier today a resumption of activities on July 10. Is it now in question?
