Warren Zaïre-Emery, the 17-year-old sensation at Paris Saint-Germain, recently shared in an interview with TuttoSport that he doesn’t have any football idols.
Zaïre-Emery is a unique talent in many ways. He explains that during his younger years, he preferred playing football himself instead of watching matches on TV.
“I don’t have any idols. I say it sincerely. I always preferred going out to the street and playing with childhood friends in Montreuil rather than watching matches. Now I watch them, but as a football lover, without having any idols,” he revealed.
He also had high praise for his teammate Kylian Mbappé, a 24-year-old superstar, whom he considers one of the greatest footballers of all time. “He’s a complete player who can do it all. One of the greatest forwards in the world of all time.”
