Rafael Leao, the 24-year-old forward under contract with AC Milan until 2028, is in discussions with PSG, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.

According to La Gazzetta Dello Sport, there are direct and ongoing contacts between Leao’s lawyer and PSG. However, no offer has been made yet, as PSG considers his release clause to be too high. The club would like to pay less than the €175 million specified by this clause.

Among the other parties involved, the player’s father and agent Jorge Mendes are part of the negotiations with PSG.

Rafael Leao is one of the many options being considered by PSG to replace Kylian Mbappé. Victor Osimhen, Marcus Rashford, and Lautaro Martinez are also targeted by the capital club.
