PSG has reportedly abandoned the idea of signing Bernardo Silva due to Manchester City’s high demands. According to Goal, the deal between the two clubs is on the verge of collapsing.

“It’s not the personal terms that are the issue, it’s Manchester City that is likely to derail the deal. Manchester City has consistently hindered the Parisians’ efforts. The latest development is that City has rejected PSG’s last offer, deeming it too low, which has put an end to the discussions,” explains the media outlet.

PSG, who no longer wants to overpay for players, has significantly slowed down in the Silva pursuit. “Paris refuses to exceed a threshold that City deems too low. Therefore, Bernardo Silva will not be coming to the French capital,” concludes Goal.
