The dispute between Kylian Mbappé and Paris Saint-Germain continues, as the Real Madrid-bound forward is still awaiting €55 million in unpaid wages and bonuses.
Mbappé’s lawyer, Delphine Verheyden, once again criticized PSG’s handling of the situation, emphasizing that contract modifications require a signed and approved amendment, which she claims never happened.
“The regulations state that without a formalized amendment, any discussions are void,” Verheyden told AFP, referencing a reported verbal agreement from 2023.
She further accused PSG of “wishful thinking”, highlighting the missing €36.66 million from his signing bonus and €18.75 million in unpaid salaries and ethics bonuses from April to June, bringing the total owed to €55 million.
