This victory elevated PSG to 3rd place in the standings, just 2 points behind the leader, AS Monaco. After the match, Ousmane Dembélé praised his teammates for their resurgence.
“We needed to react with this win here in Rennes. We put a lot of desire into this match; we wanted to leave with the three points before the break.”
