Nordi Mukiele, the French full-back of Paris Saint-Germain, expressed his feelings about returning to action after a lengthy injury spell following his participation in PSG’s 3-0 victory against Strasbourg on Saturday.

Here’s what Nordi Mukiele had to say: “It feels great to be back. I love being on the field, regardless of where. Today, I came on as a left-back and finished on the right. I’m really enjoying it. It’s been over six months since I last played.”

“Playing for about twenty minutes did me a world of good. It’s now up to me to continue and convince the coach that I can help this team,” Mukiele shared in the mixed zone.

“Physically, I feel good. I’ve just recovered from a very long injury, so I shouldn’t be thrown into the deep end. I played 10 minutes against Marseille and now 20 minutes. My hamstring feels fine. I need to keep working in training to avoid any setbacks. I’m taking it step by step. I’m very happy with the 20 minutes the coach gave me. I’ll try to get more than that.”

Nordi Mukiele’s journey back to full fitness is a story of perseverance and determination, and his return to the field is undoubtedly a welcome relief for both the player and PSG.
