Ezequiel Lavezzi’s Health Raises Concerns as He Reportedly Heard Voices
Former Paris Saint-Germain player Ezequiel Lavezzi is reportedly facing significant health issues, currently hospitalized for severe psychological problems. The situation unfolded after an incident where Lavezzi allegedly suffered a stab wound on his right side. Conflicting reports suggest it may be linked to a family altercation or a fall resulting in a fracture and cuts.
However, FM Gente, a local media outlet, presents a different narrative. Journalist Estefania Berardi shared, « Suddenly, Pocho became very nervous. He started hearing voices and thought they were coming for him or chasing him. He was very scared. »
According to Berardi, Lavezzi, feeling distressed, began injuring himself with a pair of scissors. His brother attempted to calm him down, leading to a worsening situation and a clavicle injury.
Berardi continued, « El Pocho is in a legal dispute with his ex-wife, Natalia Lonbardo, and he thought these voices could be her coming for him. » Lavezzi’s family decided to transport him to Buenos Aires on a medical plane, but he reportedly experienced a similar crisis at the airport, making travel unsafe for both him and the crew.
Allegedly drugged and sedated, Lavezzi exhibited what was described as a mystical explosion, shouting praises or requests to God, according to lawyer Lucas Bertero, who claims to have credible information.
