Marquinhos, captain of Paris Saint-Germain, is going through an incredibly painful moment in his personal life. His wife, Carol Cabrino, has announced on Instagram that the couple has lost their fourth child due to a miscarriage.
“The pregnancy didn’t progress, our baby became a little angel… This is an indescribable pain,” she shared with deep emotion.

PSG Eyes Ligue 1 Title, But Marquinhos Could Miss Out
While the Parisians travel to Saint-Étienne this weekend with a chance to secure the Ligue 1 title, Marquinhos may understandably be absent. Should PSG win, and Marseille lose to Reims while Nice and Monaco draw, the title would be mathematically secured.
For now, football takes a backseat as Marquinhos and his family process their grief.
