Former PSG players continue to make waves in the transfer market, and Hugo Ekitike could be the next big sale for Eintracht Frankfurt. After Omar Marmoush’s move to Manchester City for €75 million this winter and Randal Kolo Muani’s transfer to PSG for over €90 million, Frankfurt is hoping to make another significant deal with the French forward.
Currently 3rd in the Bundesliga, Frankfurt has already set Ekitike’s starting price at €80 million, according to Bild. A sale at this price would bring the club a substantial profit, as the attacker was acquired last summer for €16.5 million from PSG.
However, despite the growing interest, Frankfurt is not looking to sell Ekitike immediately. The club intends to keep the French U-21 international until the end of next season before considering any potential transfer.
