Nuno Mendes has finally extended his contract with Paris Saint-Germain after months of tense negotiations with the club’s management.
The 22-year-old Portuguese left-back, who has played 13 Ligue 1 matches this season, was previously frustrated with PSG’s renewal offers for his contract, which was set to expire in June 2026. At one point in December, he even considered leaving the club.
However, talks resumed, and according to Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano, Mendes has now signed a new contract until June 2030.
This extension will also make him one of the highest-paid players in the PSG squad. The official announcement from the club is expected soon.
