Lucas Beraldo was facing a potential suspension, and the LFP has now confirmed it.

The Brazilian defender, who received another yellow card during the match against Strasbourg last Saturday—his third in under ten games—has triggered an automatic suspension.

Beraldo will serve this suspension on Saturday, November 2, during PSG’s home match against Lens for the 10th round of Ligue 1. However, he will still be available to face Marseille this Sunday.

“A one-match ban following a third yellow card within a period of 10 official matches (Ligue 1 McDonald’s, Coupe de France, Trophée des Champions) or due to the revocation of a suspended sentence. The sanction will take effect from Tuesday, October 29, 2024, at midnight,” the LFP announced.
